聚酯纤维增强型水泥稳定砂砾抗压强度试验研究

Compression Strength of Stabilized Gravel in Cement Strengthened with Polyester Fiber

摘要: 选用3 种不同长度的聚酯纤维,以7, 28 d 无侧限抗压强度为指标,通过正交试验研究纤维长度、掺量和试件 养护龄期对聚酯纤维增强型水泥稳定砂砾的影响。研究表明: 聚酯纤维水泥稳定砂砾的7, 28 d 无侧限抗压强度随 纤维掺量增加而提高,但随纤维长度增加而降低; 聚酯纤维水泥稳定砂砾的强度主要形成于7 d 养护龄期内,7 ~ 28 d 龄期内强度增长缓慢。

Abstract: By choosing three types of polyester fibers in different length,the orthogonal experiment was performed to study the influence of three different volumes,lengths and curing ages on the 7 days and 28 days unconfined compression strength of stabilized gravel with polyester fibers. The results show that the unconfined compression strength increases with the increasing of mixing amount of fiber and decreases with the increasing of polyester fiber length. The strength of stabilized gravel mainly forms in the early 7 days and tardily increases during 7 to 28 days.
